Today, our local FAA Manufactuing Inpsection District Office confirmed that the company demo aircraft will fall under the Experimental - Exhibition Category., which allows the aircraft to be used "to exhibit an aircraft’s flight capabilities, performance, or unusual characteristics for air shows, motion pictures, television, and similar productions, and for the maintenance of exhibition flight proficiency.". On 1 Dec, Shark.Aero rso, of Senica Slovakia, accepted PB Aero LLC to be the Shark's exclusive US dealer. As well, PB Aero LLC has partnered with Mr Phil Corco of HighSpeedComposites.com to offer the Shark as an Experimental-Amateur Built Fast-Build Kit bundled with professional builder's education and assistance at HighSpeedComposite's facilities in Fort Pierce Florida.
