Shark UL 23 - The Demo Aircraft

Shark UL 23 will be the US Demo Aircraft. It is currently located in Aeroporto di Thiene, just south of the Italian Alps, and one hour west of Venice.

I recently visited Thiene to inspect and fly Shark UL 23. It is an impressive airplane, equipped with a glass cockpit, autopilot, automatic variable pitch propeller, and full set of controls in the aft "instructor" seat.

We are currently ironing out the final details of importing it into the US. I will return to Thiene soon, to finish up transition training, and to pack and ship Shark UL 23. It should arrive in Northern Virginia this Spring.
